Entry/hallway

When you first enter, this is your view. A bit underwhelming to be sure, but only because I have not yet figured out how best to decorate this hallway (I have a few ideas including pieces to make myself, we’ll get there one day). To the immediate left is the bathroom, the door you see is a coat closet, and then as you walk further down my bedroom is to the left and the main “living room” is at the end. Pictured below are the artworks at the end you can barely see. There are two originals, and a print of one of my favorite Monets. I tried to put them side by side but I couldn’t figure out how (help?)

Bathroom

Not too exciting, arguably even less fun than the hallway, but it gets the job done.

Bedroom

I’m using a quilt from my grandma right now because it’s a bit too warm to sleep with the big blanket. I also have 3 boxes with mostly art/art supplies that are just kinda hanging out until I figure out where the heck to put the stuff (begging for an art studio please please please). A few of my favorite features: the framed goodnight moon stamps, and the closet that I’ve cleared out and now serves a cozy nook for all kinds of purposes (rip to the storage space though, but very worth it).

Kitchen

Ok I really like how my kitchen looks these days. Especially the colorful matching coffee machine/toaster. And the art pritns. Also ofc shown my espresso machine.

Living room or whatever it’s called

Probably my favorite room, and the room I spend the most awake time in for sure. There are two tiny artworks by me, a large architectural drawing by my dad, and a bunch of prints. I loooove the red vase (also matches the bowl of miscellaneous things on my table, the vase with fake flowers I was given at the symphony, and th

e bowl from the kitchen pic. Bookshelves, vinyls, a colorful chair, big window, space legos, pull-down cabinet that turns into a mini bar … I think you can see why I like this room so much. My only complaint is that there’s not a true dining room/enough dining chairs, but that’s never seemed to get in the way of hosting (even hosting thanksgiving!) This is where I watch tom and jerry and psych (usually sitting on the floor tbh), and if we were listening to prince this is where we’d be.
